Plantation Shutters –
Flat rate charge of $30 per order to the 48 contiguous United States. **FREE SHIPPING FOR LIMITED PERIOD**
Shutter Parts/Components – Shipping charge calculations are based on the value of your shopping basket.
Plantation Shutters – Standard lead time is 6-7 weeks from confirmation of your shutter drawings.
Our Express lead time is 3-4 weeks from confirmation of your shutter drawings.
Shutter Parts/Components – 5-7 working days from receipt of order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Parcels are delivered via FedEx Ground Shipping for shutter orders and USPS for shutter parts and hardware.
The shipping charge for parts & components indicated during the checkout process includes the cost of shipping, packing and any other associated costs.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Shutterplus shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
Shutterplus shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Plantation Shutters – As your plantation shutters are custom-made to your specifications, it is not possible to return them. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before you have confirmed your drawings.
Shutter Parts/Components – If you need to return a product purchased from Shutterplus, you must do so within 7 working days of receipt. The returned goods must be in an unused and re-saleable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories. Postage to be paid by you, the customer.
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. Email or telephone us on (917) 284-9425
